This is your mind
Open struggle, blood and glory
This is your madness
Shining bright
That stunning, grasping story
Of what could have become of us
The future that is now past
Detached of painful remedy
It breaks like flies
On clear glass
My soul – the crucified indemnity
For what could have become of me
The plea of lies to thee
Bereft of feelings, empty words
It breaks my will
Like branches in the tree
I try to reach the sky until my eyesight hurts
To see what has become of you
I put my thoughts in queue
The words won’t leave my lips
I look for hints,
For signs, for clues
My mind craves as it sleeps
It dreams that it has died
This is my mind…
